Overview The Landscape Foreman/woman leads day-to-day landscape work, coordinating crews and tasks to support well-maintained, attractive outdoor spaces. This hands-on role combines team leadership with practical landscape maintenance and gardening. Duties
- Assign daily tasks, guide crew members, and monitor work quality and progress.
- Train and guide less experienced workers.
- Coordinate landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture activities, including upkeep of planted areas.
- Organize tools, materials, and work sequences; follow protected work practices and communicate changing priorities to the crew. Requirements
- Practical leadership, clear communication, and the ability to organize and oversee hands-on landscape tasks
- Supervising experience is preferred
- Skills in gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance
- Minimum of 6 years experience in horticulture and gardening (not construction)
- Driver's License with clean abstract is a must Pay: $27.00-$33.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week Work
