We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs and follow up will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others and possess strong sales skills, including upselling.

Job Description
Specific Accountabilities:
- Response to in-bound customer inquiries (phone and email)
- Assist with Literature and sample product fulfillment
- Maintain customer contact database
- Assist with Sales promotions (phone, direct mail and email)
- Provide customer product and project quotations
- Forward RMA requests to appropriate person(s).
- Maintain a positive attitude with customers and within the company




- Acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries
- Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

- The successful candidate will have the following experience and

education:
- High school diploma. Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position. Previous employment in the automatic door industry is a definite asset.
- Above average English oral and written skills. Bilingual (French/English) language skills are an advantage
- General working knowledge of MS Office software, including good knowledge of Excel (formulas, file merging, etc.).

Job Type
Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
