Our café supports the larger mission of creating meaningful experiences that encourage leisure, wellness, learning, and community engagement. We're looking for someone who sees hospitality as more than serving coffee. What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea, mocktails, and café menu items
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
- Learn and maintain JJRT's standards for quality, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
- Engage with customers and help foster a sense of community
- Support workshops, events, and special programs when needed

- Believe hospitality can positively impact someone's day Preferred Qualifications
- Previous barista, café, restaurant, or customer service experience is an asset
- Food Handler Certification is required
- Experience working with diverse populations is an asset
