Position Overview We are currently hiring Licensed Electricians (309A) and Electrical Apprentices (2nd–5th Term) to join our team. We are looking for hardworking, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their workmanship. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, follow instructions accurately, demonstrate initiative, and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism. Our projects include a variety of residential and commercial electrical work, providing opportunities to gain hands-on experience and expand technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, lighting, controls, and electrical systems.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Perform electrical installations in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment and techniques.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Follow instructions carefully and communicate clearly with supervisors and team members.
- Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and other trades to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.




- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Clean up after yourself, properly dispose of waste materials, and leave the jobsite clean and presentable.
- Respect clients' homes, businesses, and property, as well as the work of other trades. Protect finished surfaces, equipment, and surrounding areas from damage.
- Handle company tools, equipment, and materials responsibly.
- Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, accountability, and a robust work ethic.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures.
- Show initiative, willingness to learn, and openness to constructive feedback. Qualifications Licensed Electricians (309A)
- Valid Ontario 309A Construction and Maintenance Electrician Certificate of Qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of residential and commercial electrical experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, installation practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently, manage assigned tasks, and maintain quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Electrical Apprentices (2nd–5th Term) We are looking for motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented electrical apprentices who are eager to learn and take pride in their workmanship.
- Registered electrical apprentice in Ontario (2nd–5th Term).
- Eager to learn, improve skills, and take constructive feedback.
- Ability to listen carefully and follow instructions precisely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Take initiative, ask questions when unsure, and demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean,



organized jobsite and respect clients' properties and other trades.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Follow all safety procedures and work under appropriate supervision. General Requirements
- Experience or familiarity with low-voltage systems is an asset.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Working at Heights, WHMIS, and Ontario Worker Health and Safety Awareness training, or willingness to obtain required training.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a professional work environment.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, with occasional night shifts or weekends as required.
