you’ll help customers choose products that suit their individual needs while providing professional, knowledgeable, and helpful service. You’ll also assist with orders, deliveries, and service concerns through phone, live chat, and email. We want every customer to feel heard, respected, and better informed after contacting us. Customer Service & Natural Health Expertise
- Assist customers in both English and French with a friendly, attentive, and professional approach.
- Provide accurate product information about vitamins, nutritional supplements, and natural health products.
- Discuss customers’ interests and needs, and help them make informed supplement purchasing decisions within the scope of the role.
- Respond promptly to customer questions through telephone, live chat, and email.
- Assist with placing orders, shipping questions, order updates, and service concerns. Service Operations & Continuous Learning
- Manage and resolve customer requests efficiently using our help desk ticketing system.
- Document customer interactions and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy, organization, and productivity while working independently.
- Participate in supplier training, webinars, and ongoing professional and product education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality service. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a knowledgeable natural health enthusiast who enjoys helping others and is comfortable providing exceptional service in a busy, remote environment. Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 1 year of experience working in a health food store.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or retail.




- Working knowledge of nutritional supplements and natural health products.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills and confidence learning new software and systems.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and take initiative.
- Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- A dedicated home workspace suitable for phone conversations and extensive computer work. Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Education or certification in holistic nutrition or a related natural health discipline. Personal Qualities
