Overview The Assistant Production Manager supports secure, reliable manufacturing and assembly operations by coordinating production activities, monitoring quality, and helping teams meet operational priorities. Duties
- Manage daily dairy and cheese manufacturing operations.
- Oversee cheese production, processing, packaging, and storage.
- Develop and maintain standardized production procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production yields, raw material usage, and manufacturing costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, HACCP principles, and applicable provincial and CFIA requirements.
