We are hiring for a special and specific role. The position starts off as part time. There are opportunities for full time hours and work from home based off performance and successful training. Position Details: Inbound and Outbound donor retention. You will be contacting previous donors by phone in order to maintain support for specific causes and their organizations. We only reach out to contacts that have supported these organizations in the past. This means there is no cold calling involved. Successful agents for this role are able to maintain a positive, welcoming attitude when dealing with contacts. While this is goal oriented work, our agents will also be handling more client relation activities as well. Being bilingual (French) is an added bonus, but not required. A resume is required. While we do look at every resume submitted, we only reach out to the applicants we wish to interview. If we have not reached out to you within seven days of when you first applied, then your resume was not selected for an interview.
