We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their performance and thrives in a collaborative, rapid-paced dealership. Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing professional, transparent and personalized financing, leasing and F&I; product solutions.
- Act as a liaison between customers, the dealership and financial institutions to facilitate approvals, deal structuring and funding.
- Present applicable finance, insurance and protection products based on customer needs and eligibility.
- Ensure all deals, contracts and supporting documentation are accurate, complete and compliant with dealership procedures, lender requirements and applicable regulations.
- Achieve established performance objectives and targets, including F&I; gross, product penetration and funding efficiency.




- Collaborate with Sales Management and the dealership team to improve processes, customer handoffs and overall business performance. Qualifications & Experience
- Valid OMVIC registration required and must be maintained.
- Previous automotive dealership F&I; experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, sales and organizational skills with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
