About the Role
We are a professional cabinet and millwork company specializing in high-quality commercial and residential installations. We are seeking an experienced Lead Cabinet / Millwork Installer to work with us on a subcontract basis. Responsibilities
- Lead and perform high-quality cabinet and millwork installations on residential and commercial projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation plans
- Accurately measure, layout, level, and install cabinets, countertops, and custom millwork
- Ensure proper fit, alignment, and finishing of all installed products
- Coordinate with site supervisors, general contractors, and other trades as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite
- Troubleshoot in office issues and make necessary adjustments
- Represent the company professionally on job sites Requirements
- Proven experience as a lead cabinet/millwork installer (commercial and residential experience preferred)




- Strong knowledge of installation techniques, hardware, and finishing methods
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Own reliable transportation and basic tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy materials
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Must be able to operate as an independent subcontractor (own business and insurance preferred)
