The dealership is closed Sundays. About the Opportunity Good on the phone? Organized with follow-up? Help turn customer enquiries into showroom visits. Fünfhundert Plus Automotive (500 Plus) is an established used vehicle dealership in Richmond, BC, carrying a premium and diverse inventory. We are building our team under new management and looking for a BDC Advisor to be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You will manage internet, phone, website and Facebook Marketplace enquiries, learn what customers are looking for, and arrange showroom appointments with our sales team. Your primary goal is simple: turn enquiries into appointments that customers actually attend. Previous automotive or vehicle-closing experience is not required. We provide job-specific training and are looking for someone who communicates clearly, follows through and is comfortable making calls every day. What You Will Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, messages and online enquiries.
- Ask relevant questions to understand customers’ vehicle preferences, budget and purchasing timeline.
- Contact customers by phone, text and email to book and confirm showroom appointments.
- Follow up consistently with unsold customers, missed appointments and longer-term leads.
- Keep CRM notes, contact details and follow-up tasks accurate and up to date.
- Provide the sales team with a clear handoff, including the customer’s interests and appointment details.
- Track daily activity, appointments booked and customer attendance. Your focus is lead management and appointment setting. Our sales consultants handle vehicle presentations, pricing negotiations and closing. What We Are Looking For
- Clear spoken and written English, with a warm and confident phone manner.

- Willingness to make outbound calls and follow up consistently.
- Strong organization, attention to detail and reliable attendance.
- Comfort using CRM software, email, messaging platforms and basic computer tools.
- A professional, patient approach and the ability to build rapport without pressuring customers.
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback and improve.
- Availability to work in person in Richmond, including Saturdays.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
- A valid BC VSA salesperson licence, or willingness and eligibility to obtain one before performing duties that require it. Mandarin or Cantonese is a solid asset for serving our Richmond customer base. Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, BDC, call centres or automotive is welcome, but not essential. Compensation and Minimum-Earnings Guarantee Compensation consists of fixed base pay plus conversion bonuses tied to qualified appointments, showroom visits and resulting vehicle sales. Minimum earnings are guaranteed. For each pay period, if your base pay plus earned conversion bonuses fall below the applicable BC minimum wage for all hours worked, including required job-specific training, the dealership will automatically pay the difference. Minimum-wage top-ups are not repayable and will not be deducted from bonuses earned in later pay periods. Your base pay, bonus amounts, qualifying criteria and payment schedule will be confirmed in writing before employment begins. Vacation pay, overtime and statutory holiday entitlements will be provided as required by BC law.

- Our CRM and lead-management process.
- Inventory knowledge and customer enquiries.
- Phone, text and email communication.
- Appointment booking, confirmation and follow-up.
- CRM accuracy and handoffs to the sales team. We will assess communication, reliability, willingness to learn and follow-up consistency, and provide feedback throughout the evaluation. All earned wages remain payable whether or not employment continues after the evaluation period.
