Dolphin Dry Cleaners is looking for a dependable, organized, hands-on supervisor to join our Country Hills location. This position combines customer service, laundry processing, garment packaging, and overseeing daily store operations. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is interested in a steady, long-term position. Schedule & Hours The schedule follows a rotating four days on, four days off pattern, with one additional half-day shift during each four-day off period.
- Weekday shifts: 8 a.m.–6 p.m., 30-minute breaks
- Weekend shifts: 8 a.m.–6 p.m, 30-minute breaks
- Additional half-day shift: 11 a.m.–3 p.m. — Responsibilities include:
- Washing, drying, and folding towels and sheets.
- Ironing and pressing dress shirts to a professional standard.
- Greeting customers, answering questions, and taking in cleaning orders.
- Accurately processing payments and transactions.
- Packaging clean garments neatly and preparing orders for pickup.




- Keeping the work area clean and organized. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable balancing hands-on laundry duties with customer service in a busy environment. What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and guide other team members.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to participate in all daily store duties.
- Confidence handling payments and learning our order-entry system.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely handle garments, laundry bags, and bedding.
- Previous retail, laundry, dry-cleaning, or supervisory experience is an asset. Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
