Hotel Houseperson – Full Time Inn at the Forks | Winnipeg, MB Are you experienced in hotel cleaning and take pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and looking their best? Inn at the Forks is looking for a reliable and hardworking Hotel Houseperson to join our Housekeeping team. This is a full-time day position, working 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Located at Winnipeg’s iconic The Forks, Inn at the Forks is a modern, full-service hotel featuring stylish guest rooms, SMITH Restaurant, and Riverstone Spa. Our Housekeeping team plays an important role in creating the clean, welcoming environment our guests expect. What You’ll Do As a Houseperson, you’ll help keep the hotel clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and maintaining assigned public and back-of-house areas, including lobbies, hallways, meeting spaces, and other common areas
- Preparing and organizing supplies for daily housekeeping assignments
- Maintaining cleaning equipment and ensuring supplies are properly cared for and stored
- Supporting Room Attendants and other Housekeeping team members as needed
- Responding to cleaning and maintenance needs throughout the hotel
- Working as part of the team to ensure all areas meet our cleanliness and presentation standards




- Cross-training in other Housekeeping responsibilities as required What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of hotel, commercial, or professional cleaning experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
- Positive, hardworking attitude
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable being on your feet and performing physical cleaning duties throughout the shift
