Overview The Cashier/Sales Assistant supports customers throughout their shopping experience, combining accurate checkout service with helpful product guidance. This role includes cashiering, retail sales, merchandising, and technology sales, with opportunities to demonstrate products and recommend suitable options. Responsibilities
- Process purchases and payments using POS systems, handle cash accurately, and apply basic math at checkout.
- Welcome customers, answer questions with clear communication and qualified phone etiquette, and provide attentive customer service.
- Demonstrate products, support technology sales, and use appropriate upselling to help customers make informed choices.
- Maintain merchandising displays, organize assigned tasks, and manage time effectively during busy periods.

Qualifications Required: English communication, basic math, cashiering, cash handling, POS use, customer service, and organizational skills support accurate transactions and responsive assistance. Preferred: Retail sales or technical sales experience, product demos, merchandising, sales, upselling, time management, phone etiquette, and bilingual or multilingual abilities can strengthen customer interactions and product recommendations. Pay: $17.60-$28.88 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
