Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and highly organized Personal Assistant & Driver to support a busy business owner managing multiple rapidly growing companies. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, trustworthy, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide daily transportation to meetings, job sites, and appointments.
- Attend business meetings alongside the owner.
- Take detailed meeting minutes, document decisions, and identify action items.
- Follow up with staff and management to ensure assigned tasks are completed.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and daily coordination.
- Manage personal and business errands.
- Coordinate appointments and communicate with internal teams.
- Prepare daily summaries, meeting notes, and outstanding task reports.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and coordinate maintenance.
- Handle confidential business and personal information professionally.
- Anticipate daily needs and help improve overall efficiency.



Requirements
- Valid Alberta driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or professional driver preferred.
- Strong note-taking, administrative, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Professional, punctual, discreet, and dependable.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Flexible availability when required.
