- Start in-person conversations with customers and learn how they use internet, TV, and mobile services today.
- Recommend Rogers packages that fit their needs, and guide each sale from the first question to the final sign-up.
- Enroll customers accurately and make sure they understand exactly what’s included.
- Answer questions and clear up concerns with honest, straightforward information.
- Keep up with Rogers product updates, promotions, and plan changes so you’re always in the know.
