- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Handle food safely during preparation, serving, and packaging to ensure health standards are met.
- Assist with cleaning tables and maintaining a tidy dining environment.
- Manage cash register transactions accurately while providing excellent service.




- Support team members during busy periods by multitasking between duties such as food prep, cashiering, and cleaning. Skills
- Experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service restaurant environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math for upselling opportunities.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing time effectively.
- Experience in culinary roles or kitchen environments is advantageous but not required.
