We are a boutique law firm specializing in real estate, litigation, corporate law, and wills and estates. We’re currently seeking an intermediate to senior paralegal to join our busy litigation team. This is an exciting chance for someone with strong knowledge and experience in civil litigation who wants to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to meaningful, hands-on work. What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil litigation as a paralegal
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Experience with Court of Justice (Civil) and King’s Bench. Including King’s Bench digital filing service. Plus is knowledge with Family Digital Filing and Surrogate Digital Filing
- Experience with serving other parties
- Experience with tracking files and deadlines. Utilize diarization system for organization




- Experience with drafting and filing affidavits of service
- Experience and knowledge in client communication. Professional and pleasant. Ensuring calls and emails are responded to.
- Knowledge with PC law billing would be huge plus. Why Join Us?
