Cooks are at the heart of a great kitchen. As a Cook at Brewsters, you’re an integral part of the team behind the dishes our guests know, love and keep coming back for. You’ll be responsible for preparing menu items correctly and consistently to standard, while keeping an organized, clean workspace that is stocked and ready for action. Knowing the menu is just the beginning. You’ll understand our recipes, preparation methods, culinary execution, sanitation procedures and safe operation of kitchen equipment. Of course, excellent food is at the foundation. But great food comes with great teams – people who communicate effectively, are willing to jump in, keep each other laughing and know how to pull together when things get a little wild. There will be busy nights. There will be big orders. There will probably be fries everywhere. There will also be an incredible team behind you. The best guest experiences start long before the plate hits the table. You’ll help turn all of that behind-the-scenes teamwork into the experience guests see on the other side of the pass.
