Summary As a Nurse Practitioner, you will contribute to coordinated primary care alongside physicians and other health professionals. Your impact: Your patient care can help people access primary health services through a coordinated team, supporting more connected care. Responsibilities
- Provide patient care as part of a primary healthcare team.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and other health professionals.
- Support access to primary health services.
- Contribute to coordinated care for patients.
- Apply nursing knowledge and medical terminology in patient care.




- Qualifications
- Relevant nursing knowledge and patient care skills.
- Ability to contribute to care within a collaborative health team.
- Familiarity with medication administration.
- Preferred: Case management skills.
- Preferred: Pediatrics knowledge or experience working with children.
