Project Field Coordinator Permanent | Full-time We are looking for a Project Field Coordinator to join our team Every great building starts as a set of drawings and becomes something people live in. The Project/Field Coordinator is the person who makes that happen, someone who is as comfortable in the project file as on the floor of an active site. At Combina Global, we supply and install cabinetry, countertops, and blinds for large multi-family residential projects across Canada. We're growing, we're building smarter, and we're looking for a coordinator who wants to grow with us. This role will be roughly 50 to 60% office-based, project coordination and 40 to 50% in the field, working shoulder to shoulder with our Project Managers, Foremen, and Installation Crews. If you like seeing a problem from both sides, the desk and the site, you'll thrive here. Travel throughout Western Canada is part of the job. Why This Role Is Different Most coordinators only see the paperwork. Most field staff only see the site. In this role, you see all of it. You'll spot issues before they become delays, connect the people who need to talk to each other, and make sure the work leaves the site better than we found it. You'll be a trusted link between the office, the crews, and the people we build for. It's a role with real ownership, real variety, and a clear view of how your work moves a project forward.

What You'll Do
to Keep Projects Moving (Office and Coordination)
- Partner with Project Managers on scheduling, coordination, and tracking open tasks.
- Review construction drawings and make sure revisions reach the field quickly and clearly.
- Run change order management from start to finish: documenting extra work, gathering photos and site records, obtaining pricing, tracking approvals, and keeping our change order logs current.
- Coordinate material deficiency orders, confirming quantities, dimensions, finishes, and hardware, then tracking each order through production, delivery, and installation.
- Maintain deficiency logs and follow up with suppliers and installation crews so corrective work gets closed out.

- Coordinate material deliveries and replacement parts to protect project schedules.
- Prepare reports and keep project documentation accurate and organized.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, general contractors, and site personnel.
- Pitch in on other office and project-related tasks as needed. Make It Right on Site (Approximately 40 to 50% Field Support)
- Support installation crews and foremen with their day-to-day project needs.
- Complete deficiency inspections and coordinate corrective work.
- Take accurate site measurements, including for replacement materials.
- Complete site layouts and confirm sites are ready before installation begins.
- Make basic cabinet adjustments, including door and drawer alignment, hardware adjustments, and minor repairs.
- Assist with service and warranty work.
- Attend site meetings with general contractors and other trades.
- Identify and communicate potential issues before they affect the schedule.
- Document site conditions, deficiencies, and potential extra work with clear notes, measurements, and photographs.
- Verify that replacement materials and corrective work resolve the identified deficiencies.
- Make sure every installation meets our quality standards.
- Travel to job sites throughout Western Canada as required. What You Bring: Must haves
- Previous construction experience.
- The ability to read construction drawings and layouts.
- Accurate measuring skills and a confident hand with a tape measure.
- Comfort with common hand and power tools, and the ability to perform basic cabinet adjustments and minor repairs.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- A valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.

- The ability and willingness to travel to job sites throughout Western Canada. Strong assets
- Experience with cabinetry, millwork, finish carpentry, or renovations.
- Project coordination experience, such as change orders, material ordering, or deficiency tracking. Who Will Thrive Here You're reliable, and people count on you. You're organized and detail-oriented, and your follow-up is consistent. You're a sharp problem solver who thinks well on your feet, and you're just as comfortable working independently as you are as part of a team. You're professional with clients, contractors, and coworkers, and you're curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills. You bring a positive attitude and want to contribute to the team's success.
