Medical Receptionist / Medical Office Assistant (MOA) – Physiotherapy Clinic REP Physio – Westbrook | South Edmonton, AB Full-Time | $18–$22/hour, based on experience Outstanding patient care starts with great people. REP Physio is looking for a friendly, professional and dependable Medical Receptionist / Medical Office Assistant to join our Westbrook team Our Westbrook location is a busy, well-established physiotherapy clinic with an experienced team and a wonderful patient community. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in providing excellent service and brings a positive, proactive approach to their work. As an important member of our administrative team, you'll help create a welcoming experience for our patients while keeping the day-to-day operations of the clinic running smoothly. Previous healthcare administration experience is a definite asset, but we're equally interested in meeting people with robust reception, customer service and administrative skills who are eager to learn.

What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and create a friendly, professional first impression
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for multiple healthcare practitioners
- Answer phones, respond to emails and assist with patient inquiries
- Process payments, direct insurance billing and third-party claims
- Assist with WCB and motor vehicle accident (MVA) documentation
- Maintain accurate electronic patient records
- Manage cancellations, waitlists and appointment changes
- Communicate with patients, insurers and healthcare providers
- Work collaboratively with our clinical and administrative teams

Experience with any of the following would be an asset:
- Healthcare electronic medical records (EMRs), including Jane or Practice Perfect
- TELUS Health eClaims and direct insurance billing
- WCB and MVA claims
