Overview The HR Recruiter supports talent acquisition by identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating recruiting activities. This role uses explicit communication and thoughtful research to connect qualified applicants with hiring teams and help colleagues make informed hiring decisions. Duties
- Source candidates through HR sourcing, research, cold calling, and lead generation; use recruiting and sales techniques, including negotiation, to build candidate interest.
- Conduct interviews, communicate with applicants, and coordinate next steps with hiring teams throughout the talent acquisition process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in an ATS or HRIS, using platforms such as Lever, Workday, Salesforce, ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft as applicable.




- Collaborate with human resources colleagues on recruiting workflows and related employee relations or training and development coordination. Requirements Required: Practical recruiting, interviewing, HR sourcing, research, communication, and accurate ATS or HRIS recordkeeping skills support effective candidate coordination. Preferred: Related talent acquisition or human resources experience, along with negotiation, sales, cold calling, lead generation, or familiarity with the listed systems, strengthens candidate outreach and hiring team support. Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
