Type: Full-Time Position 1: Heavy Duty Cleaner Exterior

Location:
777 Guelph Line, Burlington, ON L7R 3N2. Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Start Date: ASAP Rate: $18.10/hour

Responsibilities:
- Sweep the perimeter of the building, sidewalks, main roads, and parking lot using a power sweeper.
• Sweep waste and recycling compactor areas.
• Empty and clean exterior waste bins, ashtrays, and recycling receptacles.
• Pick up and dispose of debris and litter in landscaped areas.
• Collect and dispose of garbage and waste, ensuring all material is taken to the compactor area.
• Operate a ride-on sweeper machine.
• Drive on site vehicle to collect garbage around the property (G-Class driver's license required).
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in a protected and proper manner.
• Follow all health, safety, and cleaning procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.




• Complete a daily Record Log Sheet.
• Complete a daily Pre-Trip Vehicle Inspection Sheet. Please Note: Tasks and responsibilities may change from time to time based on operational needs and management requirements.
