We are looking for a motivated and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team If you’re passionate about Mexican food and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking (chopping vegetables, slicing meats, making salsas, etc.)
- Follow authentic Mexican recipes and kitchen procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas
- Assist line cooks and chefs as needed
- Ensure food is fresh and properly stored
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

- Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred (especially in Mexican cuisine)
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Food Handler’s Certification (or willing to obtain)
