Job Summary Abadi Summit Interactive is a Charlottetown-based company delivering interactive products and services to clients across Canada. We're a remote-first team that values initiative, strong client relationships, and people who can sell with integrity. We're looking for a Certified Senior Sales Associate who can lead by example and drive results from anywhere on PEI. As our Certified Senior Sales Associate, you'll manage client relationships, close deals, and mentor junior sales staff—all from your home office in PEI. You'll work with warm leads and existing accounts, develop new business, and represent our brand professionally in every interaction. - Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and close sales
- Provide product expertise and tailored solutions to clients
- Mentor and support junior sales associates
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Represent the company professionally in virtual meetings and calls Qualifications
- Valid sales certification (e.g., CPSP, CCS, or industry-recognized equivalent)
- 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record
- Strong knowledge of consultative selling and client relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the discipline to succeed in a remote environment
- Proficiency with CRM software and virtual meeting tools
- Quiet, reliable home workspace
- Experience mentoring or leading sales teams is an asset Pay: $37.00 per hour
