What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be much more than someone who sells cars. You’ll help customers find the right vehicle for their life, needs and budget. You'll:
- Welcome customers and make them feel comfortable from the moment they walk in
- Guide them through the buying process without the high-pressure sales pitch
- Learn what they actually need and help match them with the right vehicle
- Become a product expert who can confidently explain features, technology and options
- Follow up with leads and turn conversations into appointments
- Build relationships that continue long after the vehicle leaves the lot
- Stay on top of our inventory, promotions and new products




- Use social media creatively and professionally to build your personal brand, showcase inventory and generate new customers Who We’re Looking For You’re outgoing, motivated and genuinely enjoy working with people. You bring:
- Sales experience and a drive to succeed
- Strong communication and people skills
- A customer-first attitude
- Self-motivation and the ability to work toward goals
- Confidence using social media to market yourself and generate business
- A valid Ontario driver's licence and clean driving record
- OMVIC certification, The Details This is a full time, in-person, commission-based position at CarHub Caledon Chrysler. Saturdays are part of the automotive world — and part of this role.
