Formatop Manufacturing Company Limited is a manufacturer of laminate countertops and HPL panels. We have two facilities located side by side in the Huron Business Park area. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Job Summary Performs customer service work for an established list of customers including answering general inquiries, processing orders, addressing customer product complaints, and administrating invoices, credits and quotes. Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and enter customer orders accurately into the ERP system.
- Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Respond to daily customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, orders, and availability.
- Coordinate with production and scheduling to ensure customer orders are completed on time.
- Communicate order status, lead times, and delivery updates to customers.
- Work with internal departments to resolve order discrepancies, delays, and customer concerns.
- Process order changes, cancellations, and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Assist with customer complaints, returns, and credit requests.
- Provide ongoing administrative and customer service support to ensure efficient daily operations.

- Highschool diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years’ experience in customer service or data entry role
