Medical Aesthetician | Advanced Skin Specialist

Grimsby, Ontario (In-Person & Virtual Services) Virtual Consultations: Available to clients across Canada and the United States Position Summary Cosmetic Clinic is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and personable Medical Aesthetician to join our growing team as we expand into skincare and services This hybrid role combines advanced aesthetic treatments, personalized skincare consultations, virtual client services, and skincare sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about skin health, confident on camera, comfortable connecting with clients virtually, and skilled at recommending results-focused skincare solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced skin consultations and customized aesthetic treatments, including chemical peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion, and other approved services within documented qualifications.
- Develop personalized treatment plans addressing skin aging, texture, pigmentation, and other cosmetic concerns.
- Conduct virtual skin analysis and skincare consultations for clients throughout Canada and the United States.
- Create customized morning and evening skincare regimens using iS Clinical, AlumierMD, ZO Skin Health, and Nelly De Vuyst.
- Educate clients on skincare products and recommend suitable routines through virtual consultations and online sales.
- Participate in educational videos, social media content, product demonstrations, and digital skincare consultations.
- Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication, follow-ups, and personalized care.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and uphold skilled safety and infection-control standards. Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Medical Aesthetics or Advanced Esthetics.




- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, Fitzpatrick skin types, skincare ingredients, and advanced treatments.
- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
- Comfortable using virtual consultation platforms and digital booking systems.
- Self-motivated, organized, and confident working independently.
- Appropriate professional liability insurance and relevant treatment certifications. Additional Assets
- Confident and comfortable on camera, including filming educational content, product demonstrations, and social media videos.
- Experience with online skincare sales, virtual consultations, and customer relationship management.
- A genuine interest in content creation, social media, and building an online professional presence.
- Strong product knowledge and consultative sales skills.
