Overview The Junior Graphic Designer creates clear, engaging visual assets for digital and marketing needs. Working with colleagues to understand project goals, you’ll develop concepts and refine designs for consistent, effective communication. Duties
- Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, email templates, web banners, brochures, and presentations
- Create layouts, illustrations, and visual assets that follow our brand guidelines
- Prepare files for print and digital delivery
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to turn briefs into polished designs
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver on tight timelines
- Help organize and maintain our design asset library
- Stay current on design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in graphic design or equivalent experience




- 1 to 5 years of qualified experience (internships and freelance work count)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A portfolio that shows strong layout, typography, and color skills
- Good communication skills and openness to feedback
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
