Cybersecurity & Compliance Analyst We're looking for a hands-on Cybersecurity & Compliance Analyst to help build, operate, and mature security programs for small and mid-market organizations. Must have Drata experience.
What You'll Do
- Support multiple SOC 2 audits and ongoing compliance programs (all existing).
- Manage compliance activities and evidence collection using Drata.
- Develop, maintain, and update security policies and procedures.
- Plan and facilitate ongoing operations such as Access Reviews and tabletop exercises (TTX).
- Help clients implement and mature practical cybersecurity programs.
- Work directly with organizations to address security gaps, manage risks, and improve their security posture. What We're Looking For
- Strong cybersecurity background and practical security experience.
- Proven experience successfully managing SOC 2 audits for small to mid-market organizations.
- Hands-on Drata experience is a must.
- Experience developing security policies, collecting audit evidence, and managing compliance requirements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach to cybersecurity and risk management.
- Experience or certification in Project Management is a bonus The Ideal Candidate: Someone who understands that cybersecurity is more than checking compliance boxes. You can help organizations build security programs that actually work. Hybrid opportunity, most is WFH but must be located in the Greater Toronto or Calgary Areas for occasional in office or in client meetings. Pay: $77,700.00-$111,000.00 per year
