What You'll Do
As our Technical Sales & Support Specialist, you will:




- Provide technical guidance on product applications, specifications, installation requirements, and performance characteristics.
- Support Territory Managers with product recommendations, pricing requests, project discussions, and technical consultations.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents to ensure project requirements are met.
- Create and revise presentation drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation using AutoCAD.
- Assist customers and internal stakeholders by responding to technical inquiries and resolving project-related issues.
- Interpret building codes, industry standards, and regulations to support project compliance.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation while delivering exceptional customer service. What You Bring
- Post-secondary education in Architectural Technology, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support, sales support, construction, architectural products, building materials, fenestration, or a related industry.
- Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience reviewing architectural plans, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have




- Experience with CRM systems and project management tools.
- Knowledge of architectural building envelope products, construction practices, or related technical products. Working Conditions
- Full-time, on-site position based in Mississauga, Ontario
- Standard business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Primarily office-based with regular collaboration across sales, customer service, operations, and external stakeholders
- Frequent use of computer software and technical applications, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Regular review and interpretation of architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
