Seasonal / Temporary (Full-time & Part-time) Employment Dates: November 26 – December 24, 2026 Pay: $18.50 per hour + tips About the Position KOBO Ice Cream is looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking team members to join us at the Shipyards Christmas Market in North Vancouver We're hiring approximately 4 seasonal employees to help us through the busy holiday season. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Prepare and serve food and beverages
- Handle customer orders and payments
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work together with the team to keep things running smoothly What We're Looking For
- Friendly, positive attitude and positive communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a busy environment




- Previous food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- FoodSafe Level 1 certification required (can be obtained after hiring, before starting work)
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling light lifting and restocking
- Able to reliably commute to the Shipyards in North Vancouver Availability & Working Conditions
- Must be available throughout the entire November 26 – December 24, 2026 period, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Full-time and part-time positions available; weekly hours and schedules will be determined based on operational needs
- The market stall is outdoors but covered, with a heater provided. Applicants should still be comfortable working in colder winter temperatures
