The Night Auditor acts as the front-line representative during nighttime hours, providing exceptional guest services while managing administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, hospitality experience, and a keen eye for detail to deliver a seamless guest experience during overnight shifts. Responsibilities
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently while providing friendly and professional service
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries and reservations
- Prepare and review daily financial reports, including audit summaries and revenue reports
- Address guest concerns or requests promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring the premises during overnight hours
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean,



and welcoming for guests
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest issues or facility needs Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Experience working at a hotel or in a front desk environment preferred
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests
