Job Overview The Key Holder supports smooth daily operations by helping customers, maintaining an organized sales floor, and assisting colleagues. This hands-on role combines customer service, retail sales, cashiering, merchandising, and leadership while keeping store activities accurate and well coordinated. Duties
- Assist customers with clear, courteous communication in English and French, answer questions, and support sales through relevant product recommendations and upselling.
- Operate POS systems, handle cash and basic math accurately, and use computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel, for routine records and filing.
- Support merchandising, maintain organized displays, and help with time-sensitive store tasks; perform heavy lifting when needed.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and hospitality, coordinating with colleagues to keep service consistent and operations running smoothly. Your impact:



Helpful service and accurate transactions make shopping easier for customers and support dependable teamwork. Qualifications Must have Tuesdays and Thursdays open availability. Required: Solid customer service, communication, cashiering, cash handling, POS, computer operation, basic math, organizational, and time-management skills support daily store duties. English and French communication, leadership, and the ability to assist with heavy lifting are important to serving customers and supporting operations. Preferred: Retail sales, hospitality, merchandising, upselling, filing, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel experience or familiarity; bilingual or multilingual abilities are valuable strengths. Pay: $17.60-$25.76 per hour
