Aleppo Kebab is hiring experienced Front Line Kitchen Staff for part-time positions. We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals with kitchen experience who can work efficiently in a busy restaurant setting. Position Available

- Sandwich Preparation Requirements
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is required.
- Experience with shawarma, kebab, grilling, or oven work is an asset.
- Must be available to work long shifts, including late-night, overnight, and early-morning shifts.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to multitask.
- Must work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Must have a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Responsibilities




- Prepare and cook food according to restaurant standards.
- Operate and manage assigned front line stations.
- Prepare shawarma, kebab, grilled items, and oven dishes.
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Keep stations, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Complete assigned duties and assist with opening and closing when needed.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team and follow instructions from managers and supervisors. Training Process Selected candidates will be required to complete a training period before a final hiring decision is made. Training will be used to evaluate work ethic, reliability, teamwork, and ability to perform the job. Pay: $17.90 per hour Work
