Job Overview The Esthetician provides attentive, personalized skincare services and creates a welcoming experience from the first interaction through follow-up. The role combines client care, service recommendations, and support for smooth front desk operations. By listening closely and communicating clearly, you help clients feel informed and comfortable while enabling colleagues to coordinate a consistent visit. Responsibilities
- Consult with clients about their skincare goals, explain suitable services, and provide treatments tailored to their needs.
- Perform all treatments with care, discuss aftercare, and answer client questions in a clear, professional manner.
- Support front desk activities, including welcoming clients, coordinating appointments,



and maintaining an organized service flow.
- Recommend relevant retail products and services through helpful, client-focused upselling; share visit updates with colleagues as needed. Skills Required: Strong customer service and communication skills, attentive listening, and the ability to explain services and recommendations clearly are essential to delivering thoughtful care and supporting daily client interactions. Pay: $20.00-$80.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 per week
