Company Overview Back to Function Rehab & Wellness Centre is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation and wellness centre. Its work brings rehabilitation and wellness services together. 1. About the Position We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Registered Kinesiologist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will work with a diverse client population, providing individualized rehabilitation and exercise programs for individuals recovering from workplace injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and other musculoskeletal conditions, as well as seniors managing arthritis and age-related mobility challenges.

Key Responsibilities
o Conduct functional assessments and evaluate clients' physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs. o Develop and implement individualized exercise prescription and rehabilitation programs. o Provide injury recovery, rehabilitation, and injury prevention services. o Work with clients recovering from workplace injuries (WSIB) and motor vehicle accidents (MVA). o Develop and monitor return-to-work rehabilitation programs. o Support clients in improving strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and functional mobility. o Design and deliver exercise programs for seniors, particularly individuals living with arthritis. o Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans according to individual needs. o Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports. o Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, insurance representatives, and case managers when required. o Educate clients on safe exercise techniques, injury prevention, and long-term physical wellness.



Required Qualifications o Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or an equivalent recognized qualification. o Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical or rehabilitation experience. o Registered and in good standing with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario (COKO). o Experience working with injured clients, including workplace injuries and motor vehicle accident cases. o Strong knowledge of exercise prescription, functional rehabilitation, and injury prevention. o Experience developing return-to-work and functional rehabilitation programs. o Experience working with seniors and individuals with arthritis or mobility limitations. o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Familiar with Gla-D program will be an asset. Preferred Experience o WSIB rehabilitation and work conditioning programs. o Motor vehicle accident rehabilitation. o Functional abilities evaluations. o Return-to-work planning. o Senior fitness, arthritis management, and fall prevention. o Experience preparing clinical progress reports.
