Nail Technicians (Full-Time & Weekend Part-Time) | Queen West & Roncesvalles

Loft Nail Studio is a small but mighty team focused on nail health, great service, and genuine connection. We're BodySafe certified, dry manicures only, with sterilization standards we don't compromise on. We've built a warm space where clients feel cared for and the team feels respected. Skill matters here. So does how you show up for your team. POSITIONS AVAILABLE
- Full-time: 30-35 hours per week, split between our Roncesvalles and Queen West locations
- Part-time: Saturdays and Sundays, split between both locations. Hours can grow for the right person. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Someone who:
- Takes pride in their work and in the space they work in
- Is a real team player who respects our staff and our workspace and keeps the flow of the salon smooth
- Shows up on time, every time, ready for their first client
- Builds genuine relationships with clients and has a warm, friendly presence
- Understands that their growth is partly in their own hands MUST-HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a salon setting
- Gel polish manicures and pedicures
- Builder gels (BIAB and hard gel): fills and overlays
- Gel-X and full sets of hard gel extensions (forms or tips)
- Regular manicures and pedicures
- Nail art, including clean, consistent French
- Clean, precise cuticle work and dry manicure technique
- Top-notch sterilization and sanitation practices
- Strong understanding of nail health and industry best practices BONUS (NOT REQUIRED, BUT DEFINITELY AN ASSET)
- Lash lift and tint
- Brow lamination
- Facial and body waxing WHAT WE EXPECT
- Warm, qualified client interactions




- Educating clients on nail health and aftercare
- Daily housekeeping and front desk support when needed
- Respect for our team, our clients, and our space SOCIAL MEDIA IS PART OF THE ROLE We market and bring clients in, and your growth as a tech depends on your visibility too. All team members are expected to:
- Post their work regularly on their own socials and tag @[Loft's Instagram handle]
- Share to stories
- Engage with the team's posts
