Administer Palo Alto firewalls and network security controls as a Network Infrastructure Analyst supporting secure, reliable infrastructure across local and remote environments. This analyst provides hands-on network and security administration across enterprise infrastructure. Responsibilities include firewall policy management, VPN connectivity, threat prevention, incident response, and documentation. The role also supports network availability, infrastructure projects, operational improvements, and on-call service.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Palo Alto Networks firewalls
- Investigate security events and document remediation findings
- Support intrusion prevention, segmentation, and secure remote access
- Coordinate security changes with internal technical teams
- Maintain firewall, network, and recovery documentation
Requirements:
- Five or more years of relevant technical experience
- Hands-on enterprise Palo Alto firewall administration experience
- Knowledge of security controls, VPNs, and incident troubleshooting
- Proficiency with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching
