Lead security operations remotely with PENN Entertainment, using incident response, SIEM, EDR, and automation to protect digital platforms. As a Senior Cyber Security Analyst, you will monitor and respond to security events across PENN Entertainment’s setting. You will coordinate escalated incidents, improve detection content, and develop workflows that reduce manual Level 1 tasks. The work supports theScore, PENN Interactive, and other proprietary gaming and entertainment technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead escalated incident response from triage through post-incident review
- Monitor and investigate alerts, abuse reports, and security events
- Develop security workflow automation using scripting and orchestration
- Tune SIEM, EDR, detection, correlation,
and response content
- Conduct threat hunting and validate monitoring coverage
Requirements:
- Five or more years in security operations or incident response
- Hands-on SIEM and EDR experience, including detection engineering
- Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting and automation knowledge
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP security monitoring
- Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK; and NIST frameworks Apply senior security operations expertise in incident response, detection engineering, cloud monitoring, and automation at PENN Entertainment.
