As Area Manager, you will champion Lammle’s Western hospitality, values, and Sales and Service Leader Program. This role suits a high-volume Store Manager ready for broader leadership. You will coach Store Managers, strengthen customer relationships, and improve store performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple locations and drive profitable sales growth
- Coach Store Managers on service, performance, and accountability
- Conduct store visits, audits, and performance reviews
- Maintain operational consistency, inventory accuracy, and shrink control




- Develop leaders through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning

Requirements:
- Three to five years of multi-unit management experience
- Five-plus years of high-volume Store Management considered
- Passion for Western lifestyle, fashion, footwear, tack, or agriculture
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and local travel
