Key Responsibilities
- Direct construction management from pre-construction through completion
- Develop and execute project plans and schedules
- Monitor cost reports, forecasts, estimates, and cash flow




- Prepare owner billings and oversee subcontractor payment timing
- Report project progress and escalate risks to management
