Lead Elmwood Golf Club’s operations with budgeting and team leadership while supporting members, guests, and community relationships across Saskatchewan. As Director of Operations, you will report to the Board of Directors and coordinate the Office Manager, Pro Shop Manager, Manager of Food & Beverage, and Golf Course Superintendent. You will guide day-to-day operations, financial oversight, business development, marketing, and staff development. The purpose is to support financial sustainability, continuous improvement, and an outstanding club experience.

- Management or business operations experience
