Direct AI-enabled product investment across Neighbourhood Holdings’ lending platform, internal systems, and remote-first technology team in Canada. This first Product Manager role sits beside the CTO and determines where technology capacity creates measurable business impact. You will investigate manual work, evaluate models and agents, connect separate systems, and turn evidence into shippable work. Success depends on roadmap ownership, technical fluency, operational or financial systems experience, and transparent writing.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify workflows where models or agents could absorb manual work
- Build investment plans with underwriting, finance, and engineering
- Define success measures before meaningful initiatives begin




- Prototype solutions using the team’s tools where practical
- Drive migration, training, adoption, and follow-up after launch

Requirements:
- Five-plus years of product management experience
- Experience prioritizing with limited capacity and competing demand
- Hands-on AI use for research, specifications, and prototypes
- Experience shipping AI or agentic features preferred
- Ability to discuss APIs, integrations, data models, and SQL Use product judgment, AI experience, and measurable prioritization to guide technology investment at Neighbourhood Holdings.
