Lead accounting and financial operations at Burdock, using full-cycle accounting and payroll expertise across its Toronto brewery and hospitality business. This hands-on Controller manages broad financial operations for an independent brewery. You will oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and payroll. The role also supports financial reporting, budgeting, process improvement, and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle accounting across brewery and hospitality operations
- Lead monthly close and prepare accurate financial statements
- Manage biweekly payroll and statutory reporting
- Maintain inventory and cost accounting records




- Provide financial insights supporting management decisions

Requirements:
- Minimum five years of progressive accounting experience
- Independent full-cycle accounting and month-end close experience
- Canadian payroll and Ontario employment standards knowledge
- Advanced Excel and cloud accounting or ERP experience
