Drive EOS execution remotely from Canada as NexScale’s Chief of Staff, using AI agents and operating discipline to align company priorities. As CEO Soodeh Farokhi’s right hand, you will integrate customers, partners, growth, technology, product, and operations. You will turn vision into owned priorities, guide quarterly Rocks, run Scorecard rhythms, and lead the weekly Level 10 meeting. This fractional-to-full time seat supports NexScale’s expanding Canadian operations and market plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Set quarterly Rocks and maintain the V/TO with the CEO
- Run weekly Level 10 leadership meetings and own the Scorecard
- Resolve cross-functional tension and maintain leadership alignment
- Translate priorities into owners, milestones,



and measurable outcomes
- Build scalable EOS and AI-native operating systems

Requirements:
- Former CEO, COO, CPO, general manager, or senior functional leader
- 15+ years in software, including B2B SaaS or AI
- Hands-on product management experience owning roadmaps and priorities
- Daily fluency with AI agents and self-improving workflows
- Based in Canada; EOS experience is a plus Bring software leadership, product judgment, AI fluency, and calm execution to NexScale’s EOS Integrator seat.
