Lead community clinical care as a Registered Nurse Supervisor, using patient assessment and nursing leadership skills in a full time position. ParaMed seeks a Clinical Supervisor with at least five years of Registered Nurse experience. You will supervise PSWs and HSWs, support safe care, and guide clinical practice. The position requires community nursing knowledge, documentation expertise, and team management experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise PSWs and HSWs across community care practices
- Assess, implement, and evaluate clinical care interventions
- Investigate patient safety incidents and document action plans
- Lead huddles, meetings, and individual staff discussions
- Coach staff and support collaborative problem solving

Requirements:
- Current unrestricted RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Minimum five years practicing as a Registered Nurse
- Comprehensive patient health assessment skills
- Experience leading and managing a team
