As Mechanical Design Team Lead, you direct assigned team work under the Mechanical Design Manager. You oversee mechanical designs, 3D models, and drawings for government and naval markets. Your responsibilities span planning, technical quality, mentoring, and delivery against schedule, budget, standards, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise mechanical engineers and CAD designers
- Plan, estimate, assign, and schedule team work
- Review designs, models, drawings, and GD&T; before release
- Resolve or escalate technical and schedule risks
- Mentor members and support process improvements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Seven-plus years in mechanical design
- Two-plus years leading teams or serving as technical lead
- Advanced Solid Works and GD&T; knowledge
- NATO Secret clearance and controlled goods eligibility
