Citi’s Summer Technology Analyst Program combines analyst fundamentals, desk training, speaker sessions, networking, and hands-on technology exposure. Production Support Analysts maintain critical live systems, resolve issues, and bridge technical teams with business organizations. Teams may provide experience across Java, React, generative artificial intelligence, data analytics, cloud, and containerization.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain health, stability, and performance of live production systems
- Troubleshoot technical problems with varying severity and complexity
- Build monitoring capabilities that identify production issues




- Create automation using scripts and custom applications
- Contribute to globally scoped, cross-functional technology projects

Requirements:
- Expected graduation from December 2027 through May 2028
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technology field
- Preferred GPA of 3.0 or better
- Ability to pass basic algorithmic programming interviews
- Interest in technology’s application within global financial services Apply technical curiosity, communication, and problem-solving skills to Citi’s production systems and technology-driven banking projects.
