Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Human Resources, this director serves on the HR Leadership Team. The position guides culture, learning, talent, and organizational change strategies. It advises senior and executive leaders while advancing workforce readiness and the employee experience.

Requirements:
- Related undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience
- Advanced organizational development and talent management knowledge
- Experience leading complex development or change initiatives
